Section 839F — Corporations Act 2001: Construction of references in instruments to target body

If a certificate issued under section 838A for a transfer comes into force, a reference in an instrument of any kind to the target body in relation to: (a) an asset or liability of the target body transferred under this Division; or (b) a share in the target body transferred under this Division; is taken to be a reference to the receiving body.
