Section 843E — Corporations Act 2001: When other laws prevail—certain other Commonwealth Acts

If there is any inconsistency between sections 843A to 843D and one of the following Acts, that Act prevails to the extent of the inconsistency: (a) the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006; (b) the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011; (c) the International Interests in Mobile Equipment (Cape Town Convention) Act 2013; (d) the Payment Systems and Netting Act 1998.
