Section 844A — Corporations Act 2001: Winding up body corporate

(1) While section 842A applies to a body corporate, it cannot be wound up voluntarily. (2) The Court is to adjourn the hearing of an application for an order to wind up a body corporate while section 842A applies to the body corporate. (3) The Court is not to appoint a provisional liquidator of a body corporate while section 842A applies to the body corporate.
