Section 848J — Corporations Act 2001: Disclosure in circumstances determined by the Minister

(1) A person covered by subsection 848C(2) in relation to information may disclose the information if the disclosure is made in circumstances (if any) determined under subsection (2) of this section. (2) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine circumstances for the purpose of subsection (1).
