Section 848K — Corporations Act 2001: Disclosure for same purpose

A person covered by subsection 848C(2) (the relevant person) in relation to information may disclose the information if: (a) another person covered by subsection 848C(2) in relation to the information disclosed the information to the relevant person for a particular purpose in accordance with section 848E, 848F, 848G, 848H or 848J, or in accordance with a previous operation of this section; and (b) the disclosure by the relevant person is for the same purpose.
