Section 851G — Corporations Act 2001: Further information about applications

Text of the provision Official document

(1) This section applies to an application under this Subdivision. (2) The Minister may, by written notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the Minister, within a specified period, further information about the application. (3) The Minister may refuse to consider the application until the applicant gives the Minister the information.
