Section 852DQ — Corporations Act 2001: Applicant must update ASIC with correct information

If information contained in an application lodged under this Subdivision: (a) is incorrect; or (b) ceases to be correct after the application is made; the applicant must, as soon as practicable after the applicant becomes aware of that fact, give ASIC the correct information in writing. Note: Failure to comply with this section is an offence: see subsection 1311(1).
