Section 886B — Corporations Act 2001: Regulations relating to fidelity funds

The regulations may include provisions relating to how a fidelity fund, or part of a fidelity fund, is to be dealt with if: (a) the operator of a financial market becomes insolvent, within the meaning of the regulations; or (b) a financial market merges with another financial market; or (c) a financial market ceases to operate (otherwise than because of a merger), or ceases to be required by subsection 881A(1) to have approved compensation arrangements.
