Section 887A — Corporations Act 2001: Markets to which this Division applies

This Division applies to a financial market that is operated by: (a) a body corporate that is a member of the SEGC; or (b) a body corporate that is a subsidiary of such a member; other than any such market that the regulations state is not covered by this Division.
