Section 890B — Corporations Act 2001: The SEGC’s functions and powers

(1) In addition to the legal capacity and powers it has because of section 124, the SEGC has such functions and powers as are conferred, or expressed to be conferred, on it by or under this Part. (2) Section 125 does not apply in relation to a function or power conferred, or expressed to be conferred, as mentioned in subsection (1) of this section. (3) The SEGC is to perform the functions, and may exercise the powers, that are conferred on it by or under this Part. (4) The SEGC is to administer the arrangements constituted by this Division.
