Section 890H — Corporations Act 2001: Disallowance of changes to the SEGC’s operating rules

(1) Within 28 days after receiving a notice under section 890G, ASIC may disallow all or a specified part of the change to the SEGC’s operating rules. (3) As soon as practicable after all or part of a change is disallowed, ASIC must give notice of the disallowance to the SEGC. The change ceases to have effect, to the extent of the disallowance, when the SEGC receives the notice.
