Section 903B — Corporations Act 2001: Rules may only impose requirements on operators and officers of licensed derivative trade repositories

The only persons on whom the derivative trade repository rules may impose requirements are: (a) operators of licensed derivative trade repositories; and (b) officers of licensed derivative trade repositories. Note: Requirements may also be imposed on these persons by the derivative transaction rules.
