Section 904D — Corporations Act 2001: Obligation to assist ASIC, APRA and the Reserve Bank

(1) Each of the following is a regulator to which this section applies: (a) ASIC; (b) APRA; (c) the Reserve Bank. (2) A derivative trade repository licensee must give such assistance to a regulator to which this section applies as the regulator reasonably requests in relation to the performance of the regulator’s functions. Note: Failure to comply with this subsection is an offence (see subsection 1311(1)). (3) Such assistance may include showing the regulator the licensee’s books or giving the regulator derivative trade data or other information.
