Section 905B — Corporations Act 2001: How to apply for a licence

A body corporate may, by lodging an application with ASIC in the prescribed form, apply for a licence (an Australian derivative trade repository licence) authorising the body corporate to operate a derivative trade repository. Note 1: See section 350 for how to lodge an application in the prescribed form. Note 2: For fees in respect of lodging applications, see Part 9.10.
