Section 905D — Corporations Act 2001: Publication of notice of licence grant

If ASIC grants an Australian derivative trade repository licence, ASIC must publish a notice in the Gazette stating: (a) the name of the licensee; and (b) when the licence was granted; and (c) the conditions on the licence.
