Section 905M — Corporations Act 2001: Publication of notice of licence suspension or cancellation

(1) If ASIC: (a) suspends, or varies or revokes a suspension of, an Australian derivative trade repository licence; or (b) cancels an Australian derivative trade repository licence; ASIC must publish a notice in the Gazette to that effect. (2) The notice must state when the action took effect.
