Section 908BS — Corporations Act 2001: Obligation to give ASIC access to licensee’s facilities

A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is a benchmark administrator licensee; and (b) ASIC requests, in writing, the person to provide reasonable access to any of the person’s facilities for any of the purposes of this Part; and (c) the facilities relate to the person’s capacity as such a licensee; and (d) the person fails to comply with the request. Penalty: 100 penalty units.
