Section 908BX — Corporations Act 2001: Basis of licences

(1) A benchmark administrator licence is granted under this Part on the basis that: (a) the licence may be varied, suspended or cancelled, or made subject to conditions (or additional conditions), by or under: (i) this Division; or (ii) later legislation; and (b) no compensation is payable if the licence is varied, suspended or cancelled, or made subject to conditions (or additional conditions), as mentioned in paragraph (a). (2) Subsection (1) does not, by implication, affect the interpretation of any other provision: (a) of this Act; or (b) of an instrument made under this Act.
