Section 908CD — Corporations Act 2001: ASIC may make compelled financial benchmark rules

Subject to this Division, ASIC may, by legislative instrument, make rules (the compelled financial benchmark rules) conferring one or more of the powers, or dealing with one or more of the matters, permitted by this Subdivision. Note: Subdivision D deals with the process of making the rules.
