Section 921H — Corporations Act 2001: Modifications of Part in relation to continuing professional development

(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine modifications of the operation of a provision in this Part in relation to a period determined by the Minister under: (a) paragraph 921B(6)(d); or (b) paragraph 921BB(1)(e). (2) A determination made under subsection (1) has effect according to its terms, despite any other provision of this Act.
