Section 922B — Corporations Act 2001: Fees for searching registers

The regulations may prescribe the fees that a person must pay to ASIC to do the things mentioned in section 1274A in relation to a register mentioned in section 922A or the Register of Relevant Providers. Note: Section 1274A provides that ASIC may permit a person to search certain registers kept by ASIC for prescribed information.
