Section 922S — Corporations Act 2001: Correcting the Register

ASIC may correct any error in, or omission from, the Register of Relevant Providers. Note: Australian Privacy Principle 13 applies to ASIC and requires it to take reasonable steps to correct personal information that is wrong or misleading so that the information is accurate, up to date, complete, relevant and not misleading (see Schedule 1 to the Privacy Act 1988).
