Section 943B — Corporations Act 2001: Title of Supplementary Financial Services Guide
Text of the provision Official document
(1) The title “Supplementary Financial Services Guide” must be used on the cover of, or at or near the front of, a Supplementary Financial Services Guide. (2) In any other part of a Supplementary Financial Services Guide, “Supplementary Financial Services Guide” may be abbreviated to “SFSG”.
