Section 948C — Corporations Act 2001: Obligation to give client a Cash Settlement Fact Sheet

(1) The providing entity must give the client a Cash Settlement Fact Sheet in accordance with this Division. (2) A person contravenes this subsection if the person contravenes subsection (1). Note: This subsection is a civil penalty provision (see section 1317E).
