Section 963J — Corporations Act 2001: Employer must not give employees conflicted remuneration

An employer of a financial services licensee, or a representative of a financial services licensee, must not give the licensee or representative conflicted remuneration for work carried out, or to be carried out, by the licensee or representative as an employee of the employer. Note: This section is a civil penalty provision (see section 1317E).
