Section 963P — Corporations Act 2001: Person covered by section 963M must pay amount etc. in accordance with regulations

If regulations made for the purposes of subsection 963N(1) require a person covered by section 963M to pay an amount, or provide a monetary benefit, the person must pay the amount or provide the monetary benefit in accordance with those regulations. Note: This section is a civil penalty provision (see section 1317E).
