Section 985EA — Corporations Act 2001: Application of this Subdivision

This Subdivision applies to a financial services licensee (the provider) in relation to: (a) the issuing of a margin lending facility to a retail client; or (b) the increasing of the limit of a margin lending facility that was issued to a retail client.
