Section 15YZA — Crimes Act 1914: Application of laws about witnesses

(1) A person who gives evidence under a section 15YV direction or order is taken to give it at the courtroom or other place where the court is sitting. (2) Subsection (1) has effect, for example, for the purposes of laws relating to evidence, procedure, contempt of court and perjury.
