Section 23YQ — Crimes Act 1914: Commissioner may delegate functions and powers

(1) The Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police may delegate all or any of his or her functions and powers under this Part to a constable or AFP appointee. (2) In subsection (1), AFP appointee has the meaning it has in the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.
