Section 23YS — Crimes Act 1914: Relationship with Part IC

(1) Nothing in this Part is intended to limit the rights and protections provided by Part IC to the extent that the provisions of that Part can operate in circumstances covered by this Part. (2) The rights and protections conferred by this Part are in addition to those conferred by Part IC but, to the extent (if any) that compliance with this Part results in compliance with Part IC, the requirements of Part IC are satisfied.
