Section 3ZZAA — Crimes Act 1914: Object of this Part

(1) The object of this Part is to provide for eligible agencies to obtain search warrants: (a) that relate to eligible offences; and (b) that authorise the entry and search of premises without having to produce the warrant at the time of entry and search. (2) A warrant issued under this Part is a delayed notification search warrant. (3) An eligible agency is the Australian Federal Police. (4) An eligible offence is a terrorism offence that is punishable on conviction by imprisonment for 7 years or more.
