Section 3ZZNE — Crimes Act 1914: Details of warrant etc. to be given to occupier

If: (a) a monitoring warrant is being executed by a constable in relation to premises; and (b) the occupier of the premises, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, is present at the premises; the constable must, as soon as practicable, make a copy of the warrant available to the occupier or other person.
