Section 3ZZUV — Crimes Act 1914: Restoration of online account
Text of the provision Official document
If: (a) an account takeover warrant ceases to be in force; and (b) it is lawful for the holder of a target account to operate the account; and (c) as a result of the execution of the warrant, the holder of the account cannot operate the account; the executing officer must take all reasonable steps to ensure the holder of the account is able to operate the account.
