Section 3ZZUZ — Crimes Act 1914: Attributes of emergency authorisations

(1) An emergency authorisation may authorise anything that an account takeover warrant may authorise. (2) A law enforcement officer may take control of an online account under an emergency authorisation only if the officer is acting in the performance of the officer’s duty.
