Section 121 — Disability Discrimination Act 1992: Delegation

(1) The Commission may, by writing under its seal, delegate to: (a) a member of the Commission; or (b) the Commissioner; or (c) a member of the staff of the Commission; or (d) another person or body of persons; all or any of the powers conferred on the Commission under this Act, other than powers in connection with the performance of the functions that, under section 67, are to be performed by the Commissioner on behalf of the Commission. (2) The Commissioner may, by writing signed by the Commissioner, delegate to: (a) a member of the staff of the Commission; or (b) any other person or body of persons; approved by the Commission, all or any of the powers exercisable by the Commissioner under this Act.
