Section 122 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Publication of report

(1) After reporting to the Minister, the commission must publish the report in accordance with the regulations. (2) However, the commission must not publish the report so far as it sets out any submission or evidence whose publication the commission prohibited or restricted by a direction under paragraph 110(3)(b).
