Section 146H — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Approvals relating to National Heritage places

If the approval relates to a National Heritage place, the Minister must not act inconsistently with: (a) the National Heritage management principles; or (b) an agreement to which the Commonwealth is party in relation to the National Heritage place; or (c) a plan that has been prepared for the management of the National Heritage place under section 324S or as described in section 324X.
