Section 194 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Lists must be publicly available

The Minister must ensure that: (a) up-to-date copies of the lists referred to in sections 178, 181 and 183 are available for free to the public on request; and (b) up-to-date copies of the lists are available on the internet. Note: The copies of the lists made publicly available may not contain certain information kept confidential under section 189A.
