Section 202 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Conditions of permits

(1) A permit is subject to such conditions as are specified in the permit or as are imposed under subsection (2). (2) The Minister may, in accordance with the regulations: (a) vary or revoke a condition of a permit; or (b) impose further conditions of a permit. (3) Without limiting subsections (1) and (2), conditions of a permit may include conditions stating the period within which the action specified in the permit may be taken.
