Section 247 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Regulations

The regulations may: (a) provide for the transportation, treatment and disposal of cetaceans killed, injured or taken in contravention of this Division; and (b) provide for the methods or equipment by which cetaceans may be killed, taken or interfered with otherwise than in contravention of this Division; and (c) provide for the gathering and dissemination of information relating to cetaceans; and (d) provide for the protection and conservation of cetaceans; and (e) provide for any matter incidental to or connected with any of the above paragraphs.
