Section 25E — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Variation of certificate

(1) The Minister may vary a certificate under subsection 25B(1) or (4) so long as the variation is of a minor nature. (2) If a certificate is varied, the Minister must give the person concerned a written notice setting out the terms of the variation.
