Section 25F — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Revocation of certificate

(1) The Minister may revoke a certificate under subsection 25B(1) or (4). (2) If a certificate is revoked, the Minister must give the person concerned a written notice stating that the certificate has been revoked.
