Section 291 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Consideration of comments

The Minister: (a) must, in accordance with the regulations (if any), consider all comments on a proposed wildlife conservation plan made in response to an invitation under section 290; and (b) may revise the plan to take account of those comments.
