Section 303 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Regulations

(1) The regulations may make provision for the conservation of biodiversity in Commonwealth areas. (2) In particular, the regulations may prohibit or regulate actions affecting a member of a native species in a Commonwealth area. This does not limit subsection (1).
