Section 303BAA — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Certain indigenous rights not affected

To avoid doubt, nothing in this Part prevents an indigenous person from continuing in accordance with law the traditional use of an area for: (a) hunting (except for the purposes of sale); or (b) food gathering (except for the purposes of sale); or (c) ceremonial or religious purposes.
