Section 303DA — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Regulated native specimens

For the purposes of this Act, a regulated native specimen is a specimen that: (a) is, or is derived from, a native animal or a native plant; and (b) is not included in the list referred to in section 303DB.
