Section 303EQ — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Register of applications and decisions

(1) As soon as practicable after the commencement of this section, the Minister must cause to be established a register that sets out: (a) prescribed particulars of applications made under section 303EL after the establishment of the register; and (b) prescribed particulars of decisions made by the Minister under section 303EN after the establishment of the register. (2) The register may be maintained by electronic means. (3) The register is to be made available for inspection on the internet.
