Section 303FS — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Register of declarations

(1) The Minister must cause to be maintained a register that sets out declarations made under section 303FN, 303FO or 303FP. (2) The register may be maintained by electronic means. (3) The register is to be made available for inspection on the internet.
