Section 303GH — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Transfer of permits

(1) This section applies to a permit issued under this Part. (2) On the application, in accordance with the regulations, of the holder of a permit, the Minister may, in accordance with the regulations, transfer the permit to another person. (3) In deciding whether to transfer the permit to another person, the Minister must consider whether the transferee is a suitable person to hold the permit, having regard to the matters set out in the regulations.
