Section 303GI — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Suspension or cancellation of permits

(1) This section applies to a permit issued under this Part. (2) The Minister may, in accordance with the regulations: (a) suspend a permit for a specified period; or (b) cancel a permit.
